Tarr ¼ 8 Read & Download Club where the headlining act is the infamous nightingale of the Montmartre music halls Delilah du LacOvercome Gavin storms on stage and carries her off determined to save her from the lifestyle she has apparently embraced But Daisy wants no part of him She has only one desire to act on a proper London stageIt is a dream Gavin can make come true He pro I would actually give this book about 35 stars I liked this book and would definitely read by this author but I felt that the story could have been a little bit better At times the storyline felt rather forced or kind of slow What I mean when I say that it felt forced was that the male and female lead have some fights throughout the book that I don t really feel like they should have had because I don t really feel like that would have been a problem for the characters It just felt like that characters were so perfect for each other that they wouldn t ever have many fights to begin with and definitely not fights about the ridiculous stuff they were fighting about in the book The story also got kind of slow because it was like the story would have reached a natural conclusion if someone in their lives caused a problem between them and then they worked it out rather than what actually happened that the female lead for no real reason decided to tell a bunch of lies to the male lead which she wouldn t have done had she been a real person and when the male lead found out he was angry That part of the storyline just felt very forced and drawn out much than it needed to be The love scenes in this book were about medium heat I do prefer spicy hot but can enjoy a milder heat This book was actually a lot romantic than the cover would have you believe The storyline is not that scandalous But I do recommend this book to people who love reading romance with about medium sexual heat
